    SYNTHESO PRO AA 2 is a special grease based on polyalkylene glycol and silicate for the lubrication of rubber-elastic seals, e.g. EPDM.

    Owing to its good resistance to hot water, SYNTHESO PRO AA 2 is particularly suitable for the following applications:

    • gaskets in autoclaves
    • seals in high-temperature dyeing installations
    • control valves, spindles, and their sealing materials.

    SYNTHESO PRO AA 2 can be applied by the usual lubrication systems, e.g. spatula, grease gun, brush. The components should be clean and dry prior to initial or relubrication. Behaviour towards elastomers and plastics: Owing to the many different elastomer and plastics compositions we recommend checking their compatibility on the complete component prior to series application.

    • Good resistance to hot and cold water
    • Neutral towards many rubber-elastic materials, e.g. EPDM
