    texinol fct 95

    Mineral oil-free, water-soluble lubricant for general use in wool processing and worsted spinning.

    • Lubrication of pure wool or wool and their blends with polyamide, polyester, acrylic, carpet yarns (dry spun or washed), acrylic blanket, pure cashmere or pure mohair and silk during fiber preparation, carding or spinning operations.
    • Also suitable for pure polyester, fireproof polyester, polypropylene and faux fur.
    • Reduces fiber-to-metal friction during carding and combing
    • Provides high level antistatic protection
    • Provides trouble-free unraveling during combing
    • Provides excellent wetting power
    • Successfully tested in the M1 test for fire spread (polyester fabric lubricated with 1.2% of TEXINOL FCT 95)
    • Can be easily wiped with conventional washing processes
    • “Easily biodegradable”: Reaches Pw1 level (highest level) under OECD 301 B norms
    • Environmentally friendly (does not contain mineral oil, alkylphenol-ethoxylate (APEO))
    • Successfully tested according to DIN 75201 method A (+95% in fogging test) on non-woven fabric lubricated with 0.3% of this product
    • Compliant with OEKO-TEX standard 100 requirements when applied according to our recommendations
