    Q8 Berlioz XRC is a low oil semi-synthetic water soluble cutting, grinding and rolling fluid. The presence of oil content allows sufficient lubrication for grinding applications with no adverse effects on the pore size of grinding wheels. This also avoids sticky deposits or drying out on slideways typically associated with traditional synthetic grinding fluids. This translucent emulsion offers a good cleanliness capacity and a high biostability. Q8 Berlioz XRC is free of added formaldehyde, chlorine, secondary amines and sulphur additives and fully compliant with the TRGS 611 specification.

    • Q8 Berlioz XRC is recommended for all ferrous and non-ferrous grinding operations including all surface grinding, cylindrical (internal and external) grinding and tool & cutter grinding. It is also suitable for light machining operations where exceptional cleanliness is required. Q8 Berlioz XRC is also highly suitable for welded tube applications
